3. Services

All course content, schedules, and materials are outlined on our website. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Access credentials and materials will be delivered via email or through our learning platform.

Transfer of Enrollment: You may request to transfer your enrollment to another session or attendee up to 7 days before the scheduled start. Transfer requests must be submitted via our contact form.

No-Show and Cancellation: If you do not attend a live session without prior notice, you forfeit your seat. We recommend notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Information Products

Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal or internal business purposes.

5. Goods

Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We differentiate our refund policies based on the type of purchase:

6.1 Services (Live Courses & Coaching)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you request a refund more than 7 days before the course start date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. After this period, no refunds are available. However, you may transfer your spot to a future date or another attendee by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event.

6.2 Information Products (Digital Downloads)

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds are provided once the file is downloaded or access is granted. This policy protects our intellectual property.

6.3 Goods (Physical Materials)

If goods arrive damaged or defective, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated via our contact form. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are listed in CAD and payable in full prior to access or shipment. We accept major credit cards and other methods as indicated at checkout. Late payments may incur interest charges.
